Unwanted returns

We hope you love our cycling garments as much as we do. We also know how hard it can be to buy the perfect clothing online without the chance to try it on.

If you’ve purchased an item from Fierlan.com and decided it’s not quite right for you, that’s absolutely fine. We’ll either exchange or refund the garment as long as it is returned within 28 days.

If less than 28 days have gone past since your purchase, the product is in an unworn condition with swing-tags and it is in the original packaging, please send to:

Please email us beforehand at hello@fierlan.com, so that we know to expect something in the post.

If we accept your return, we will credit your payment method within 7 days.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs, please check that the postal service you use is insured for the selling price of the item.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased in any store. This does not affect your statutory rights when it comes to faulty products.

Faulty returns

If you believe the garment to be faulty, please email us with your name and order number and details of the fault to hello@fierlan.com, and we will advise on how to proceed with the return.
